Rigging Your Fluid

IMPORTANT:  Never adjust the bow rigger bolts. These must remain fixed, otherwise the rigger is not centered to the boat.

Before beginning, recognize the bow and stern of the boat, as well as each of the following components: the locking nut, the stern side tightening knob, and the rigger rail. You will require a 7/16" wrench.

Step 1

Loosen the locking nut first, then loosen the stern side tightening knob until the bolt is no longer visible.

Step 2A

Angle the rigger into the rail, with the bow end going in first.

Step 2B

Lower the stern end of the rigger into the rail.

Step 3

Finger tighten the stern side tightening knob, ensuring the locking nut is away from the rail.

Step 4

Tighten the stern side tightening knob with a wrench - DO NOT over tighten.

Step 5

Finger tighten the locking nut against the rigger rail and snug tight with the wrench.
